Gambino offers two levels of unique, beautifully designed spaces suitable for a wide range of celebrations, private events and corporate functions.
Dining Room
Located on Level 5, the Dining Room features The Lemon Room — an intimate private dining space that seats up to 25 guests. The main Dining Room accommodates 50–60 guests and can also be booked exclusively for larger gatherings.
Rooftop
Our Level 6 Rooftop is perfect for relaxed, elevated celebrations. It is available for both semi-private and exclusive events, catering for groups from 25 up to 160 guests.
Serving up crowd-pleasing pizza, pasta and cocktails, Gambino Rooftop is your go-to for good times in the heart of Glen Waverley. Whether you’re catching up with mates, kicking off the weekend, or just chasing a sunset with a slice in hand – we’ve got you. Live DJs every weekend keep the energy high, the spritzes flowing.

Is the rooftop sheltered?
Yes. We have a retractable roof for shade and rain, plus heaters and side blinds. While we can enclose the rooftop up to 85%, it is still an outdoor space—so we recommend bringing a jacket and a positive outlook toward Melbourne weather.
Is there lift access?
(Dining Room): Level 5 has lift access.
(Rooftop): Level 6 is stairs-only (a single flight of 20). Please contact us with any accessibility questions.
Can I bring decorations?
(Rooftop): Yes—please ensure balloons have heavy weights, decorations are easy to carry up and down stairs, and nothing creates excessive mess.
(Dining Room): Decorations must be minimal and approved by management.
Can I bring a cake?
Yes. Cakeage is $5pp, waived for some events or when dining on set menus that include dessert. Candles blow out quickly on the rooftop, so sparklers are recommended. We can also make cakes with enough notice—just email hello@gambino.au.
Do you accommodate kids, highchairs, and prams?
Absolutely. We have a kids menu and some highchairs available—just let us know when booking. Prams are welcome on the rooftop, but they must be carried up the stairs, so please advise us in advance so we can allow space.
