Level 5 Dining Room
Gambino’s Dining Room offers a refined setting for private dining, celebrations and corporate events. The space can be booked exclusively, or divided into three distinct spaces.
The Dining Room (up to 65 guests)
Our largest dining space, perfect for long lunches, seated dinners, milestone celebrations and corporate functions.
The Lemon Room (up to 25 guests)
A bright, semi-private room ideal for birthdays, family gatherings, business dinners and intimate celebrations.
The Oval Table (up to 12 guests)
An exclusive dining experience for smaller groups, offering a beautifully appointed setting for special occasions, client entertaining and memorable celebrations.
Level 6 Rooftop
Enjoy great food, cocktails and music with sweeping Dandenong Ranges views. Available for exclusive hire or as three unique event spaces.
Cabanas (15–65 guests)
Relaxed cocktail-style space with signature yellow lounges and DJ booth—perfect for birthdays and celebrations.
South Side (50–60 cocktail | up to 80 with Cabanas)
Stylish semi-private space with easy bar access, ideal for corporate events and special occasions.
North Side (80–100 cocktail | up to 150 with Cabanas)

Gambino offers two levels of unique, beautifully designed spaces suitable for a wide range of celebrations, private events and corporate functions.
Is the rooftop sheltered?
Yes. We have a retractable roof for shade and rain, plus heaters and side blinds. While we can enclose the rooftop up to 95%, it is still an outdoor space—so we recommend bringing a jacket and a positive outlook toward Melbourne weather.
Is there lift access?
Dining Room: Level 5 has lift access.
Rooftop: Level 6 is stairs-only (a single flight of 20). Please contact us with any accessibility questions.
Can I bring decorations?
Rooftop: Yes—please ensure balloons have heavy weights, decorations are easy to carry up and down stairs, and nothing creates excessive mess.
Dining Room: Decorations must be minimal and approved by management.
Can I bring a cake?
Yes. Cakeage is $5pp to self serve, $7pp for us to serve for you. The cakeage is waived when dining on set menus that include dessert. Candles blow out quickly on the rooftop, so sparklers are recommended. We can also make cakes with enough notice—just email hello@gambino.au.
Do you accommodate kids, highchairs, and prams?
Absolutely. We have a kids menu and some highchairs available—just let us know when booking. Prams are welcome on the rooftop, but they must be carried up the stairs, so please advise us in advance so we can allow space.
